Being the major property holder on the west side of the proposed Plat I question the value of the indicated 25' strip being left on the Northwest corner of said proposed Plat. To me it appears it will become a no-mans land with no one even the county taking the responsibility of maintenance. We o'ver the years have had nothing but problems with trespassers and have just recently been able to fence the property to prevent these intrusions. Although the strip is designed for a possible future , street, acloser examination will reveal that an extension of it to Evergreen Road would cut through a barn and dwelling.
