Our review of this proposal indicates soils are suitable for individual on-site sewage disposal systems, however, topography is a problem on certain lots as follows: a. Lot 1 will require careful location of the house to preserve a drainfield site located north of the culdesac. We assume a drainage easement wilY essentially bisect this lot beginning at the SW corner and extending northeasterly. b. Lot 2 is unsatisfactory due to excessive slope near the culdesac and the ill-defined drainage traversing the lot generally along the north boundary and curving southeasterly to a point approximately 50 feet south of the NE corner.
