: Re: Greater Spokane Development Company Plan .
- Sullivan Road - Dea r Mr. Tu rne r:
We are advised that the Greater Spokane Deveiopment Company intends to
develop the property lying imrnediatel.y west of Sullivan Road and south of the Interstate 90 Interchange to Broadcaay Avenue. In this regard,
we understand that this firm will convey to-the County a ten-foot strip
along -the caesterly right-of-way line of SuZlivan Road from the property
above descrfbed to provide the County with additional right-of-way for street-widening purposes. 3onneville Power Administration holds an
easement on the ten-foot strip in question and has an easenent covering
an additi.onal twenty feet immediately west of the strip in question.
We have received assurance from the Greater Spokane DeveZopment Company
. that, if it is necessary to move any of the poles in 'our Vera Tap trans- mission line, they will pay all the costs of making these moves. Under.
i rhese circumstances, we would look to them rather than the County for .
costs of making such a move as required in the..development plan.

Dear Mr. Hates:
Please be advised that your plat is due to expire February 1, 1977•
You must choose to follow one of two courses of action. The first is to let the
preliminary plat expire, if it appears that you will be unable to continue its
processing through to completion. The second is to request an extension of
time be granted for the plat by the Planning Commission. In order to submit
a request for time extension, you must have shown a reasonable amount of
work towards the completion of your preliminaiy plat either fn the preparation
of the final plat or having done physical work on the ground such as surveying,
road construction, water or sewer i.nstallation, etc.
If you decide to request an extension of time and can qualify to do so, please
feel free to send a written request to our office prior to Dececnber 21, 1976.
Please accompany your request with a complete report concerning the present
status of work completion of the preliminary plat.
Sincerely,
OHN R. NUNNEnY ~
