Gentlemen:
We have been requested by Clarence E. Simpson Engineers, Inc. to submit
to you certain information concezning the final plat of the Wilbur
Addition (a replat in a portion of lots 59, 60 and 61 Pinecroft First
Addit-i.un, Sec 9, 7.25 N R 44 F.WM).
This land lies within the Modern Electric Water Company's service area
and as such is entitled to both electri.c and water service under the
Cerms of the 1905 Agreement as r.ecorded in the Spokane County Courthouse.
The Company is in a position to supply both services to this land. The
Company does nat have irrigation facilities on this land now, nox does
it pl.an to exercise the blanket easement for such facilities in the
future as stated in the Agreement of 1905.
Power facilities have already been installed on Nora Ave. hence no case-
ment will be required.
