grades be submitted to ttie County Ergfneer for approval prior to construction and

that drainage plans and design calculations showing the grades and alig~ent of drain-
age facilities be submitted to the County Engineer for approval prior to construction
and the filing of a final plat; _ constructfon within the proposed public streets and easements shall be performed
under the direct supervision of a licensed laad surveyor, who shall be responsible
for perpetuatiag all evideace of the location of survey monuments cahich may be
disturbed during construction and who shall furnish the Gounty Engineer with "As
Built" plans and a certi'ficate in writing that all improvements were installed to
the lines and grades shown on the approved construction plans aad that all disturbed
monumeats have been replaced;
no construceion work is to be periormed within the Public Rignt of Way until a permit
