The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 14-016 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 17th day of November, 2014:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY, WASHINGTON
AMENDING APPENDIX A OF SPOKANE VALLEY MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
DEFINITION OF "RECREATIONAL FACILITIES," AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING
THERETO.
The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the Spokane Valley Municipal Code Appendix A by adding the
word "indoor"to gun ranges in the definition of"recreational facility."
