given to General Contractor per site meeting discussion and walk through. Architect will review
estimate again once it is made available.
PROPOSED ADJUSTMENTS
1. The original proposed estimate of adjustment to the Contract Sum or Guaranteed
Maximum Price was:

When signed by the Cromer and Architect and received by the Gontrador, this Contractor signature indicates
document becomes effective IMMEDIATELY as a Construction Change agreement with the proposed
