at the easterly end of 13th Avenue and Lots 4 and 6 were crea.ted,
each being a part of the rad.ius for the turn-aroun.d
Leo Schnutt and Ben Bevers were equally surpnsed on learrung of the
nmch.fication Unforttmately, , Nfr Bever' s barn is located an the rvewly
created Lot 6 Tne newly created Lot 6 constitutes a lien on the title
We imders tand this inadvertance wi 11 be corrected by a vacation of Lot
6, Block 2, Eldora Add.zticm
We recogani.se that i.n practical effect, the turn-arrnmd area would make
no difference because it wauld have been vacated when Tract 169 is
developed and 13th Avenue continued eastward, however, it does crea.te
a cloud that should be removed
