I just concluded a telephone conservation with Mrs Dorothy Bartholomew
of N4503 Progress Road who is the sponsor of Bartholomew Subdivision
On behalf of Mrs Bartholomew I ws.sh to request an extenslon of time for
her to complete her subdlvision
Mrs Bartholomew is an elderly widow and her son who lived in Spokane
at the time of the hearing on the preliminary plat has slnce been
tra.nsferred to southern Idaho She has decided which contractor she wants
to install the watermains and develop the streets Her son will be in
Spokane in two tireeks and afer discussing with hun,she will give the
contractor the officlal notlce to begin construction
