The following criteria shall be utilized in the improvement of the
aforementioned lots
1 The mobile homes shall be no larger than 14' x 55'
and contain no more than 2 bedrooms
2 The mobile homes shal 1 be pl aced paral lel to the
roadway and provide a minimum of 20 feet "open"
space between the unit and either the east or
west property line This area will be utilized
for the placement of the septic tank and
distribution box (Lots 14 through 18, block 4)
3 Due to the limitation of level land on lots 13,
block 4 the placement of the mobile home shall
be no closer than 55' tn the frontage street
4 The south drainfield line closest to the mobile
home on lot 15, block 4, may be no closer than
5 feet to the mobile unit due to the limitation
of level iand and soil "fill"
5 No "tip-outs", "expando's", carports, garages,
decks, porches or permanent accessory buildings
will be placed onto any of the aforementioned
lots
