• Stainless Steel Front: Oven door, valve panel, landing ledge, kick plate and columns are standard stainless steel
items.
Oven Door: Heavy duty oven door is removable without the use of any tools for easy cleaning and servicing. Has
a "stay -cool" handle.

Top Grates: One piece (12" x 24"), lift off, heavy cast iron grates allow pots to move easily from section to section.
Open Burners: Equipped with high output 20,000 BTU cast iron open burners. A removable one-piece drip tray is
provided under burners to catch drippings.
Griddle: Highly polished 3/4" griddle plate with 3" wide grease trough has one burner rated at 15,000 BTU/HR for
every 12 inches. Manual control is standard and thermostatic control is optional.

Porcelainized Oven Interior: Includes porcelainized side and rear linings, oven deck and oven door fining.
Oven Controls: Oven thermostat is adjustable from 150° F. to 500° F. temperature range for accurate cooking and
holding. The oven has a,100% safety pilot with a matchless, push-button ignition located out of heat zone for
longer lite.
Interior: Large capacity oven is 261/2" wide x 221/2" deep x 14" high. Improved oven design provides an even heat
distribution for superior baking and roasting results. High output aluminized steel oven burner provides 35,000
B.T.0:s of energy efficient heating. Equipped with one chrome plated oven rack.
Construction: Chassis is made of 12 gauge construction with welded front frame and heavy duty channel formed
base. Oven is fully insulated with non -sag fiberglass.
` Double -Walled Backguard: Has built-in flue designed for extra rigidity. Standard model includes high backguard
(201/2") with a black enamel front and a stainless steel shelf.
