RE: Florianovich Remodel, 14121 East 23RD Avenue, Spokane Valley, Washington
Project Number. 2006235
Dear Alexey Florianovich,
We have reviewed the completed framing of the above referenced structure on July 2, 2009. The
two story conventionally framed single family residence is constructed over a finished basement
with concrete perimeter walls and wood posts and beams interior supports. A second story
addition has been constructed using pre-engineered trusses on bearing walls and beams over a
post and beam floor structure with individual footings.
An enlarged opening in the existing rear wall is supported by a beam on posts to the original
foundation. The exterior walls of the addition consist of 2x4 framing with furring as required to
accommodate insulation. The completed construction is structurally adequate for applicable
design criteria. The construction conforms to our design drawings dated March 11, 2009 for the
roof framing and July 31, 2008 for the floor framing and foundation.
We have not fully analyzed the original structure or investigated all aspects of the original
construction. Defects and weaknesses may exist within the original structure that did not come to
our attention during our limited investigation. We shall not be held responsible for original
conditions not addressed in this project.
If you have any questions or need any additional information, please call.
Sincerely,
Brett Danielson, P. E.
