Dear Marty:
The dwelling structures at 15725 East 22nd Ct. and 2205 South
Timberlane listed on the attached information packet has been
reviewed by the undersigned and meets the Super Good Cents
qualification criteria for the Component Performance approach
using the WATTSUN5.2 computer program.
In order to meet the Energy Budget requirements, a heat pump
with a minimum of 6.8 H.S.P.F. rating will be required, and the
Ventilation System Specifications must be complied with.
I have sent a copy of this report to Dave Renz of T.D.C. and
instructed him that he needs to bring you copies of the plans
