This change order is for:
1.work completed by the contractor to determine if the phone, power,and gas would be a problem for the
depth of the improvements proposed for the Bowdish location(Item 9 below)
2. document suspension of work due to winter shut down-new substantial completion date
3.acknowledgement that a Variable Messaging Sign (VMS)was placed by the contractor prior to winter shut
down for several weeks on Wellesley,just east of Sullivan, per project plan,and the contractor has met this
contractual requirement. Additional need for VMS in the spring prior to recommencing the work will be
