This office has received reports regarding a body and paint shop on your property located at East
17412 Coach Drive, Spokane County Parcel Number 19552-0909.
This property is zoned Rural Mobile Home (Agricultural Suburban). An auto bod iop is not
permitted in a detached garage in the Rural Mobile Home (Agricultural Suburban) Zone. (See
enclosed standard). The Building Department and the Fire Department also have very strict
standards for auto painting.
It is the intent of this letter to advise you of an apparent zoning violation and to request compliance.
Accordingly, we are of the opinion that, since you have now been informed of the requirements of
the Spokane County Zoning Ordinance, a period of 14 days, beginning with the date of this letter,
should be sufficient time in which to bring your property into compliance.
