Conditions: 1. That the plat be designed as indicated on the preliminary plat of record to: a) Provide an additional stub access to the school property to the east which would also provide for a future connection to 14th Ave nue a b) That fihe alignment of the entrance to the plat from 16th Avenue be adjusted to line up with Virginia Road to the south, and that the two lots north of that entrance be relotted to create three lots that face south. If the sponsor desires some landscaped entrance treatment at 16th Avenue, then it is the opinion of the Planning Commission that this can best be accomplished by a"Boulevard type" enfirance with a planting i sl.and .
