Per John Diffenbacher's letter of Decemb-er 6, 1974 to me which I attach, adequate Pire protection for Myron Estates No. 2, lst Edition and Myron Estates No. 3 has been provided and building permits may be issued in those two plats. Following the execution on Decemb-er 18, 1974 of a Security Agreement which was acceptable'to the fire district, building permits may be issued in Myron Estates No. 2. You have a copy of the Security Agree- ment. According to John Diffenbacher's letter of January 23, 1975 to Mr. Huggins no building permits may be issued in Myron Estates No. 1 and No. 4. Mr. Diffenbacher's letter mentions, Myron Estates No. 5 but no approval by the Planning Commission for Myron Estates No. 5 has been obtained and accordingly no permits would be issued in any event. Following the execution on December 18, 1974 of a Security Agreement which was acceptable to the fire district, building permits may be issued in Myron Estates No. 2. You have a copy of the Security Agree- ment. According to John Diffenbacher's letter of January 23, 1975 to Mr. Huggins no building permits may be issued in Myron Estates No. 1 and No. 4. Diffenbacher, Fire Marshal., Snokane County Fire Protec- tion District 8. In talking to John it appears at he will approve ~~ny building permit within 600 feet of ~ fire hydrant between 45th and 46th Avenues on the east side of Bowdish Road. Therefore, it would appear that any requests for building permits in that area within 600 feet ^f any e.,ist- inr- fire hydrant should be approved.
