Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve, subiECt to the followinct conditions: A. Conditions : 1. That the plat be designed as indicated on the preliminary plat of record and/or attached sheets as noted, to increase the lot frontage to a minimum of 80 feet. 2. That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that no more than one dwelling structure be placed on any one lot, nor shall any lot be further subdivided for the purposes of creating additional lots or building site s without filing a replat. 3.
