On June 22, 1945, our Company was granted an easement for a powerline
to be placed on the SW-4SE%4 of Section 24, Township 25 North, Range 44 EWM
in Spokane County. This easement was granted by Eva Rotchford, a widow,
and was recorded in Book 522 of Deeds, page 23, in the Spokane County
Auditor's office. -It is our understanding that, when the final preliminary plat of
Rotchford Acre Tracts is submitted to your comnittee, an easement strip
will be included on the official plat to accommodate the aforementioned
powerline.
On the strength of this, please be assured that our Company will draw
a release for this document and have it placed on record within two (2) I
weeks of this date.

to render its decision concerning the request of Leo N. Cashatt
and Patrick H. Murphy, for the above preliminary subdivision and

The Board having received the recommendations of the Planning
Comrnission contained in the Commission's minutes of September 14,
1973, and
The Board having conducted its own hearing at the request of
