Consolidated Irrigation has submitted written confirmation that both irrigation
and domestic water can be supplies in the quantities sufficient to meet the needs
of 57 single family dwelling units.
An on site investigation of the above area on May 8, 1974 revealed that the soil and
terrain characteristics are suited for approvable drainfield installations.
(The soil material is typical garrison gravely loam.)
