A. i2EASONS.
The final plat of Curry One Addition has bezn filed incorporating 22
suburban lots ranging in size r"rom 12, 500 square feet (105' x 120') to
15, 600 aquare feet (113' x 138) .A11 of the, suburban lots are of suffi-
cient size and frontage to allow single family development.
The Planning Commission is, of the opinion that the advertised plat is
appropriate for Szngle Family Residential zoning because.
1. The 22 lots in tnc: : ubcixvision have been designed to accommodate
single family residences; i oe .,a11 of the lots have at least 80' of
frontage and 10, 000 square fec-c of area.
2 The Planning Conlrnission nas been routinely upgrading similar
residential pla-Ls in the 'Trentwood Communi-cy to the Single
Family Residenti-al ancl t-wo-Family Residential Zones.
s. The Planning Commi s sion is of the opinion that none oi the lot s
within the subdivision have disadvantaged relationships which
would warrant duple:c zoning.
Tha Single Family F.e sidential Zone px'ohibits duplexes, animal
