Planning Commission Recommendation; ApDrove. sub.iect to the following conditions: A. Conditions 1. That the plat be designed as indicated on the preliminary plat of record and/or attached sheets as noted to provide for interior lot frontage and eliminate frontage on Saltese and Sullivan Roads. This plat should also provide for road access to Sullivan Road. The Staff will work with the Sponsor to solve these problems. 2. That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that no more than one dwelling structure be vlaced on any one lot, nor shall any lot be further subdivided for the purnoses of creating additional lots or building sites without filing a replat. 3.
