final plat of Robert laouis Subdivision so that the dedicatory language extinguishes a 5' foot wide
utility easement across Lot 1, Block 2 Aiternate utility easements will be provided
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners conducted a public hearing on the above
noted request on April 12, 1988, after public notice of the proposal had been provlded all
adjacent property owners more than 10 days before the hearing, and
THEREFORE, BE tT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Spokane County
that the dedicatory language of the flnal plat of Robert Lou1s Subdivision PE-853 be amended to
