Preliminary Subdivision Planning Commission Recommendation: Approve, subject to the following conditions : 1. That the plat be designed as indicated on the preliminary plat of record and/or attached sheet& as noted. The rear lot line within Block 2 shall be shifted westward a sufficient distance to make lots fronting on Sullivan a minimum of one acre in size. The sponsor will work with the Staff to make adjustments in the design to allow the plat to confine to proper zoning boundaries. 2.
