Planning Commis sion Recommendation: ARprove, subject to the followinq conditions: A. Conditions; 1. That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that no more than one detached dwelling structure (single family or duplex) be placed on any one lot, nor shall any lot be further subdivided for the purposes of creating additional lots or building sites without filing a replat. 2. That the plat provide for additional street R/Vv as indicated on the preliminary plat of record, and that the sponsor attempt to obtafn the balance of the right of way for eth Avenue continued to the edge of this plat. 3. That appropriate provision be made tl-.at the following described property be held in trust until the remaining half of the street be dedicated or deeded: A 1' strip along the west side of Calvin Road as indicated on the plat and also a 1' strip along that portion of 6th Avenue not joined by an existing plat, 4.
