That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that no more than one detached dwelling structure be placed on any one lot, nor shall any lot be further subdivided for the purposes of creating additional lots or building sites without filing a replat 2. That the plat provide for a full 50' width nght of way for the interior access street with radius on corners of 20'-0" An additional 5' of right of way will be requixed for Ella as shown on the preliminary plat of record, 3. That appropriate street names be indicated 4.
