2 That a statement be placed in the dedfcation to the effect that no
more than one detached dwelling structure be placed on any one
lot, nor shall any lot be further subdivided for the purposes of
creating additional lots or buildfng sites without filing a replat
3 That the plat provide for road right of ways as shown fncluding an
additfonal 5' of right of way on Evergreen, with a mirumum radius
at the corner of 20'-0"

5 That appropriate ut9.lity easements be shown prior to the filfng of

6 That a certificate of title be furnished the Planning Commi s sion
