The following is the title and summary of Ordinance No. 15-004 passed by the Spokane Valley City
Council on the 10th day of March,2015:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, SPOKANE COUNTY WASHINGTON,
PROVIDING FOR A RIGHT-OF-WAY VACATION OF 3,688 SQUARE FEET OF OLD MISSION
AVENUE LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF PARCEL 45124.0138,
AND PROVIDING FOR OTHER MATTERS PROPERLY RELATING THERETO.
Section 1 adopts specific Findings of Fact; Section 2 describes the 3,688 square-foot property to be
vacated; Section 3 divides the property to be vacated; Section 4 states the zoning for the vacated property;
and Section 5 sets out the conditions of vacation.
