Planninq Commission Recommendation: Approve, subaect to the followinQ
conditions:
A. Conditions:
1. That the plat be designed as indicated on the preliminary plat af
record and that the staff be allowed to work with the sponsor to
make minor right of way adjustments (i,e,, access to Lot S,
Block 4).
2. That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that no
more than one detached dwelling structure be placed on any one
lot, nor shall any lot be further subdivided for the purposes of
creating additional lots or building sites without filing a replat.
3. That the plat provide 50' of right of way width #or streets as shown
with a radius at corners of 20'-0".
4, That appropriate provision be made that the following described
property be held fn trust until the continuation of the street bE
dedicated or deeded, and that provision be made for a temporary
