FOR CONSIDERATION OF THE ACTUAL BENEFITS HEREIN DERIVED by
the parties hereto, and in furtherance of City of Spokane Valley Resolution 15-002,
the undersigned City of Spokane Valley does hereby agree to relinquish and release
any interest it may have in that DRAINAGE EASEMENT, described under
Spokane County recording number 4012906, and all rights and liabilities which may
have accrued thereunder.
The drainage easement being released and relinquished is described as
follows:
That portion of Lot 1 of Altered Spokane County Binding Site
Plan No. 87-17, as per Plat thereof recorded in Volume 1 of
Binding Site Plans, Page 22-A, Spokane County, Washington,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence
N.89°36'55"E., along the North line of said Lot 1, 30.00 feet;
thence S.00°21'00"W., 310.00 feet; thence 5.89°49'04"E., 159.51
feet, to the East line of said Lot 1; thence 5.02°15'03"E., along
the East line of said Lot 1, 115 feet to the Southeast corner of

Lot 1 and the North right of way line of Euclid Avenue, 214.73
feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N.00°21'00"E.,
