1 That the plat be redesigned as indicated on the preliminary plat of
record to provide for east-west stub access streets at the cenfier
of the plat on the tract lines, and that the 75 foot lots shown be
increased in width to make them more compatible in sf ze with
other lots in the plat
2 That a statement be placed in the dedication to the effect that no
more than one detached dwelling structure be placed on any one
lot, nor shall any lot be further subdxvided for the purposes of
creating additional lots or building sites without filing a replat
3 That the plat provide a 501-0" right of way width for streets, with
a minimum radius at street corners of 20'-0" and that an additiona)
10' of nght of way be shown for Valley V1lay and Broadway
4 That appropriate provision be rnade that the following described
property be held in trust until the continuation of the street be
dedicated or deeded A 1' strip at the ends of the stub streets
indicated
