The dwelling structures at 14515 East 5th. listed on the attached
information packet has been reviewed by the undersigned and meets
the Super Good Cents qualification criteria for the Component
Performance approach using the WATTSUN5.2 computer program.
In order to meet the Energy Budget requirements, a heat pump with
a minimum of 6.8 H.S.P.F. rating will be required, and the
Ventilation System Specifications must be complied with.
I have sent a copy of this report to Ted Miller and Ron Schmidt
(owner) and informed them that they need to bring you copies of
the plans A.S.A.P.
