SPOKANE COUNTY IMAGERY LICENSE AGREEMENT ADDENDUM
The PARTIES to this Agreement Addendum are Spokane County,(hereinafter referred to as"COUNTY"or
"Licensor")and former Avista Consortium Member,City of Spokane Valley,(hereinafter referred to as
"Licensee"),and together with the COUNTY,referred to as the PARTIES.
WHEREAS the SPOKANE COUNTY IMAGERY LICENSE AGREEMENT(the Agreement) signed by
the City of Spokane Valley on July 17, 2013, and by COUNTY on July 30, 2013 was intended to expire
December 31, 2015; and
WHEREAS the Agreement instead mistakenly had an expiration date of December 31, 2014. The
primary license agreement County has with other entities for essentially the same service and software
license expires December 31, 2015. The Parties desire to correct this error so that the Agreement runs to
December 31, 2015 as originally intended; and
WHEREAS the price stated in Exhibit C of the Agreement increased for the 2014 Sector Tiles due to the
enhancement of the imagery to Engineering Accurate Imagery.
Based upon the foregoing,the Parties do hereby mutually agree as follows:
(1) This Agreement Addendum corrects an error in the SPOKANE COUNTY IMAGERY LICENSE
AGREEMENT by acknowledging that the original intent of that Agreement was for it to continue in
effect until December 31,2015.
(2)The costs for the 2014 Spokane Valley Sector Tile shall be as set forth in Exhibit C—2015.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the PARTIES have caused this Agreement Addendum to be executed
on the date and year set forth herein above.
