SR 27 (PINES RD) AND GRACE AVE. INTERSECTION SAFETY PROJECT
The Grantor(s), JOHN R. HINKLE AND DENISE M. HINKLE, husband and
wife, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS, convey(s) and
grant(s) unto the CITY OF SPOKANE VALLEY, a municipal corporation of the State of
Washington and its assigns, under the imminent threat of the Grantee's exercise of its right of
, Eminent Domain, the right, privilege and temporary easement over, upon, and across the
hereinafter described lands for the purpose of a construction staging area.
The temporary rights herein granted shall terminate on September 1, 2016.

Said lands being situated in Spokane County, State of Washington, and described as
follows:

I It is understood and agreed that delivery of this easement is hereby tendered and that the terms
land obligations hereof shall not become binding upon the City of Spokane Valley unless and I
until accepted and approved hereon in writing for the City of Spokane Valley, by and through

EXHIBIT A
That portion of Lot 3, Block 1, of Pines North Office Park, as per Final Plat recorded in Book
16, Page 6, being in the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 25 North, Range 44 East,
W.M., City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, State of Washington, lying westerly of the
following described line:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of said Lot 3; thence N87° 12'42"E, along the northerly
line of said Lot 3, a distance of 50.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of said Line
Description; thence S02°47' 18"E, parallel with and 50.00 feet from the westerly line of said
Lot 3, a distance of 100.00 feet; thence S47°47' 18"E, a distance of 35.36 feet to the
intersection with the northerly Right of Way line of Grace Avenue, as shown on said Plat of
Pines North Office Park, said point lying 105.00 feet easterly, when measured at right angles,
to the centerline of Pines Road, said point being the POINT OF TERMINUS of said line
description;
EXCEPT any portion within the West 35.00 feet of said Lot 3.
The lands herein described contain an area of 2,115 square feet, more or less, the specific
details concerning all of which are to be found on sheet 1 of that certain plan formerly named
