RE: Final Inspection - Gas Water Heater

Dear Mr. Newbill:
JAMES L. MANSON, DIRECTOR
A recent inspection indicated that the gas water heater located
at the above mentioned address, parcel number 14543-1632, has
been installed without an approved final inspection.
It should be noted that Section 305(d) of the Uniform Building
Code requires that there be a final inspection and approval on
all buildings, structures, mechanical and plumbing done when
ready for occupancy or use. We are therefore, requesting that
you contact this office immediately to schedule this inspection.

hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., weekdays.

Dear Mr. Newbill:
JAMES L. MANSON, DIRECTOR
As a result of an inspection conducted on your gas water heater,
located at the above-mentioned address, you were requested to:
1. Install shut-off valves
2. Extend blow -off
It should be noted that Spokane County Code requires that there be a
final inspection and approval on all mechanical appliances after
installation.
A subsequent recheck of our records indicates that another final
inspection has not been requested. We are, therefore, requiring that
you contact this office immediately to establish a time frame for
resolution of these requirements.
