RE: Reconsideration of paving waiver
Dear Mr. Zehetmir:
I have reviewed your site plan and request for a paving waiver for the property addressed above.
With the new information you have provided, I can approve your paving waiver.
It is my understanding that the new structure to the rear of your home will be used for seasonal
vehicles (boat, RV, motorcycle) and other non -vehicle storage. Your every day commuting
vehicle will be stored in the existing carport.
If circumstances change, and the new structure is used for everyday vehicles, then the driveway
will have to be paved. This condition will be added to your building permit.

In regards to the proposed structure I'm wanting to build at 9716 E. Broadway Spokane Valley, Wa 99206. I
also want to inform you that this unit will NOT be used as an every day garage. 1 have a 34 ft. RV that I need to
store. a 2111 boat. two motorcycles and general items in my basement that I would like to get out of my
house.My everyday commuting vehicle will be parked in my existing driveway or carport on the east end of the
house. Please consider these facts when making your decision regarding a paving waiver at this address.
