We have found the plans to be incomplete and are not approved for the following reasons: 1. Will all fruit used for the smoothies be commercially pre -washed and ready -to -eat? Indicate the location of the ice machine on the floor plan. 4. Provide the plumbing schedule and all floor sinks. 5. The front foodservice area must have a designated handwashing sink.
