I am writing as a follow up to our conversation in the permit center on Friday, April
30, 2010 regarding the above referenced parcels.
After discussing your situation with my supervisor Greg McCormick, it has been
determined that you may reconfigure these lots through the Boundary Line
Adjustment process providing that at the conclusion of the process, all the lots meet
the development standards for the R-4 zones and that all structures meet the
setback requirements.
