DESCRIPTION OF CHANGES
This Change Order pertains to: Bid Schedule A-Sullivan Road West Bridge Reolacement
Contractor shall furnish and install Temporary Raised Pavement Markers(TRPMs)on the concrete traffic barriers along
each side of the East Bridge and approaches. TRPMs shall be installed on the vertical face of each barrier adjacent to the
traffic lanes at 5'-0"horizontal spacing 6-inches below the top of the barrier.
The following signs are added to the Phase 3 Traffic Control Plan:
o 1 EA R4-7a "Keep Right"
o 1 EA R-21 "Speed Limit 25 MPH"
o 1 EA W3-5"Reduced Speed Ahead 25 MPH
