Carlisle Ave. Project #94-5015 Dear Melinda Broaders: A recheck of our records indicates that no arrangements have been made for a final inspection of the woodstove located at the above -referenced address. As stated in our correspondence to you, a final inspection and approval are required prior to occupancy. Therefore, we must require that notification be received by this office as to the time frame needed to resolve this matter immediately, or in 10 days from the date of this letter and without further notice from this office, this entire matter will be forwarded to the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for appropriate legal action. If the work authorized has not been suspended or abandoned, please telephone this office at (509) 456-3675 before January 9, 1995 to schedule an inspection. Failure to do so may result in payment of additional fees to reinstate the permit. If the work authorized is completed, we do need to conduct a final inspection to close the project.
