RE: Violation In Accordance With: Section 1.04.070 Wastewater Disposal; and Section 1.04.080,
Subsection 3, Use of Wastewater Plumbing and Disposal Systems; of the Spokane County Rules
and Regulations for Sewage Disposal Systems.
Dear Inez Aganew:
On June 16, 1997 the Spokane County Health District received a public complaint regarding illegal
connection to septic system at 7118 & 7118-112 E. Carlisle. In response to the above allegation, a
representative from the Environmental Health Division performed a site inspection on June 18, 1997 at

As a result of this inspection, it was verified that observed conditions are in violation of Spokane County
regulations pertaining to sewage disposal systems. Findings concluded: That a second residence was
connected to art existing on-site sewage system without obtaining a permit.
A check with the County Assessor's records has you listed as the current property owner: Based on the
foregoing violation, you are hereby directed to perform the following remedial measures by not later than
June 30, 1997. Remove the second connection to the septic system or upgrade the septic system to
handle boor residences.
A follow-up on-site investigation will be conducted by this office immediately after the foregoing
compliance date. Failure to comply will result in appropriate judicial action.
Should you have any questions regarding this letter, including the remedial measures specified herein,
please contact meat 324-1580:
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
