1. Convene Meeting
Chair Michelle Rasmussen convened the meeting at approximately 11:00 a.m. It was noted that Nik and
Mary need meeting binders, and Michelle and Chris will handle getting those binders to them.
2. Minutes of March 18, 2009
The meeting minutes were not available for approval consideration, and will be considered at the next
meeting.
3. Review of Accident Prevention Program.
Michelle said that Mike Jackson reviewed the Accident Prevention Program and made some comments for
the commitcommittee members review the document and send
comments to Michelle for discussion at the next meeting. It was also mentioned that Chris and Michelle will
further examine the WACs regarding PPE regulations (personal protection equipment). Waivers for those
who might come in contact with blood, including part-time parks and recreation employees, was mentioned,
and Michelle and Chris will research that issue for the next meeting.
4. Other matters
Since Lisa Combs is no longer an employee, Chris said she will check to see if Lisa was employer or
employee selected.
There being no other business, the meeting adjourned at approximately 11:30 a.m.
