This Change Order pertains to Bid Schedule: B
After the bid Modern Electric and Water Company(MEWCO)revealed that fragile Asbestos Cement (AC)waterlines are
adjacent to many of the proposed stormwater installations. This change order eliminates or modifies the storm water work to
reduce the risk of breaking a waterline which could cut the water supply to numerous adjacent clinics and, possibly,the
Valley Hospital. The change order includes the attached CO 1 Specifications.
This change results in a reduction to the Contract amount as noted herein.
