A Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance (MDNS) has been issued for ZN-18-85. A
MDNS is a decision, based on information available at the time the MDNS was issued, that
no Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) has been ordered to be prepared. The MDNS sig-
nifies that the Responsible Official (the Planning Department), pursuant to State law
felt the project as proposed by the sponsor would likely have a probable significant
adverse impact on the physical environment, but due to an agreement to revise the project
by the applicant, consistent with mitigating changes proposed by the Responsible Official,
no probable significant adverse impacts are judged to result from the revised proposal.
Comments regarding a MDNS: (1) are due by the close of business hours, May 1, 1985; (2)
