Section 305 (a) of the Uniform Mechanical Code specifically states "When the installation of a mechanical system is complete, an additional and final inspection shall be made". We therefore request that you contact us within ten (10) days from your receipt of this letter so that we may do so. If you have any questions, please contact our office. MANSON, DIRECTOR A recheck of our records indicates that no arrangements have been made to correct the situation; i.e., no final inspection as required by Section 305(a) of the Uniform Mechanical Code on the wood stove located at E. 11836 Empire Way, permit number 80B-2978. As stated previously, a final inspection is required on a mechanical sy stem. Since the ten day time frame that was established has lapsed without contact, we must require that a final inspection be requested within ten days of your receipt of this letter, or this entire matter wi l l be forwarded to the Spokane County Prosecuting Attorney's Office for appropriate legal action.
