The Comprehensive Plan designates this site as Urban. The Urban category is for the purpose of mulaple famfly development, includuig residenaal densities of those allowed in the Urban Residential-22 (UR-22) Zone 5. The Artenal Road Plan designates the north property as a pnncipal artenal, vvith a recommended nght of way wndth of 160 feet, with 30 feet of future acquisiaon area being set aside 6.
