As we discussed last week, the above short plat is currently being circulated for preliminary comments. There is an existing house on the site and a Manufactured Home that until October, 1995, had a valid Conditional Use Permit for a Dependent Relative (see attached map). To date, a new, permit has not been applied for on the Manufactured Home. You recommended that the applicant apply for a new permit and that your section will hold off on issuing the permit until the short plat is recorded.
