SUBJECT: Manufactured Home Permit "Flag" for SP -1061-96

Address: 4809 N. Evergreen Rd.
As we discussed last week, the above short plat is currently being circulated for preliminary
comments. There is an existing house on the site and a Manufactured Home that until
October, 1995, had a valid Conditional Use Permit for a Dependent Relative (see attached
map). To date, a new, permit has not been applied for on the Manufactured Home. You
recommended that the applicant apply for a new permit and that your section will hold off
on issuing the permit until the short plat is recorded. As a matter of notice, I informed the
applicant of this and she will be coming in within 2 weeks to apply for a permit.
