Affordable Asbestos Abatement was hired by Gale Burnett of Town & Country Builders
to remove ACM (Asbestos Containing Material) in a house scheduled for demolition at
the following address: 615 S. Evergreen Road, Spokane Valley, WA
This letter is to inform you that an asbestos abatement was successfully performed
on April 21, 2012. The sheet vinyl & mastic was abated from the kitchen of the house
located at: 615 S. Evergreen Road, Spokane Valley, WA. Therefore; Overland
Excavation, Inc. may continue with the demolition of the house & garage on the property.
The abatement of ACM (Asbestos Containing Material) from the above address was done
pursuant to all local, state and federal requirements. All ACM will be transported to and
disposed of at: Graham Road Recycling & Disposal Facility, 1820 S. Graham Road,
Medical Lake, WA 99022. A copy of the Waste Shipment Record verifying proper
disposal will be faxed to Gale Burnett of Town & Country Builders.
