To Whom It May Concern:
On November 14, 1991 we took out a permit for the installation
of a gas furnace for DICK FLAIG, 8218 E. Fairview. At the con-
sumer's request, another contractor will be installing the unit
and will be using the above referrenced permit. Therefore we
ask that our name be removed from the record as the mechanical
contractor. It is our understanding that Mr. Flaig has noti-
fied your offices of the change and submitted the name of the
new contractor.
