I have reviewed your request to waive the paving requirements dated April 6, 2010 for a new
pole building proposed to be constructed at 12104 E. Fairview Avenue. You indicate in your
request that the new building will be used to store a recreational vehicle and will only
occasionally accessed. Based on the proposed use your request is granted. Please be aware if
conditionsand useofg becomes for daily use,the paving waiver is no longer
change the building
